Seung Yul Oh’s KnockKnock eggs have become a part of the fabric of Teed Street, adding life and vibrancy to the area, plus a number of other stunning sculptures adorn the streetscape.

Newmarket has a number of popular tourist attractions, including Highwic House, The Olympic Pools and Auckland Museum. Rich in history, Highwic House remains as Newmarket’s (and one of Auckland’s) oldest heritage buildings, a 19th century Gothic House that was built in 1862 and is open for tours, events and functions. Just a short walk away you’ll find the Auckland Domain and Museum, one of New Zealand’s most well-known museums and war memorials.
